Torre Real is one of the most prestigious developments in Marbella, combining unequalled sports facilities and the peace and quiet of its almost rural location with a close proximity to Marbella and its multitude of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The Torre Real name means “Royal Tower”, which comes from the medieval stone beacon tower at the entrance to the development.
Once at the beach you will come across the charming beach bar and restaurant of the Trocadero Arena. The perfect location for a sumptuous meal by the sea.
Situated overlooking the both the 11th fairway of Golf Rio Real and the mountains on the landward side, apartment 213 is on the first floor of block 2. The Golf Club House is about 400 m away and has a bar, restaurants, tennis, and golf.
Apartment 213 has an internal area of 107.66 sq m with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large shower room, living area, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, micro wave and conventional ovens and two large (32.9 sq m) and one small terrace (2.4 sq m). The apartment has large private balcony at the rear with views of the beautifully kept gardens and pool area. This area is accessible by either the living area or via the master bedroom. A second terrace is found at the front of the apt accessed via the second bedroom.
Laundry
Clean towels and bed linen are provided on arrival. For guests staying for 8 days or more there is a complementary cleaning of the apartment and change of towels & linen half way through the stay. Extra cleaning is available on request for an additional charge. Prices can be obtained on request.

Outdoor Swimming Pools
The Urbanisation of Greenlife Village offers a large communal outdoor pool for adults and a second smaller outdoor pool for children. These are solely for the use for those residing within Greenlife Village. The pool area has its own toilet and shower facilities and grassy areas which guests and residence can use to sun bath and relax. Sun loungers are also available for use and can be found in and around the pool area.
Gardens
Just outside the apartment are the large communal gardens where our guests can relax, enjoy and take in the peace and tranquility offered to them by the charming surroundings.
Parking
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space. Accessed by an electronic door operated by remote control, provided on arrival at the property. In addition, it is also possible to park in the open air area within the gated complex just outside the apt.

The perfect Costa del Sol getaway. The apartment is fantastic - spacious, well equipped, large terrace, easy access to the beautiful pool - what more could you want. The location is fantastic too - the location near the Rio Real golf course is a hidden gem on the Costa del Sol, just 35 minutes from Malaga, away from the hustle and bustle of Banus, just a short drive into Marbella and a million miles from the highrise of Torremolinos and Benalmedena. The beach is a short drive or fifteen minute walk, with Marbella Marina an envigorating walk down the beach if you're feeling more energetic. Nearby, supermarkets and other shops are in abundance. Rio Real golf course is a five minute walk away given you a restaurant and bar to use should you want to too. All in all, everything that I'm looking for in a holiday rental and relaxing week in the sun - highly recommended.

Great holiday apartment
The apartment represents everything one could hope for in a holiday apartment of this type, if not more so. The quality and standard of the accommodation and indeed the whole development is excellent, and the apartment represents great value for money. A hire car is essential to make the most of the location, and is necessary (if not availing of taxis or eating at the nearby golf club) to visit local restaurants or to enable the purchase of groceries when eating in. The owner, Chris, was more than helpful, and quick to respond to a number of queries raised by email and/or text. He provided valuable information, assistance, and contacts who themselves proved reliable and of real assistance in making a holiday hassle free and memorable. I cannot commend him highly enough.
Highest quality apartment in a lovely location
The apartment (2nd Floor, 2 bedroom) is beautiful and very comfortable. It is by the very pretty Rio Real golf course, short walking distance from the fine clubhouse and 4 star spa hotel, where you can eat very well, as well as play a fine round of golf. It's also only a 2 kilometre drive/walk from the Trocadero restaurant on the beach, one of Marbella's finest and 5 minutes drive from Marbella's beautiful Old Town. In our view, Marbella is an ideal place for a winter holiday and this is an ideal location for it.

Perfect location, the apartment in terms of impeccable cleanliness and everything you need to make the stay more than perfect, very well located and the luxury pool. We will been wanting more, we will surely return.
Everything
it was spacious and quiet for 6 people even with 2 sleeping in the lounge. It had pretty much everything that you would need for a family holiday. We came for a wedding and it was less than 20 minutes in the taxi to all venues that we attended. Marbella Old Town was the highlight of my time here and just 10 minutes drive from here. We walked to the beach but it was 20 minutes walk

Great apartment in a peaceful location!
This is the best property we’ve stayed at in ten years of trips to Marbella and the wider area. Having done Cabopino, Benalmádena, Marbella and other Greenlife apartments, this comes out on top - it’s clean, spacious, well appointed and other than the sound of mowers on the course, really quiet! Chris the owner is a pleasure to deal with as are Martin and Joanne the managers. Highly recommended!
A luxury stay
The apartment is in a very quiet residential area, and very close to both the center of Marbella and the CC La Cañada, ideal both in case it rains or if it is very hot ... or simply you have to buy WHATEVER (it is that there is all). Similarly highlight the amplitude of it, with a splendid terrace, to enjoy it with good weather because it is huge. It does not overlook the sea, but the sight of the trees that surround it produce a sensation of being in the middle of the field, and yet very close to a municipality as complete as Marbella. I do not put photos because the ones in booking respond perfectly to what the apartment is, highlighting the spaciousness of the bathrooms and the master bedroom, which certainly has a direct exit to the terrace. The kitchen has everything imaginable and is very spacious. And, like the whole house, has its terrace (smaller, clear) and lots of light.
Total relaxation.

Very well equipped apartment - very quiet around the pool - short taxi drive into Marbella old town - excellent value for money - used the pick up taxi and key handover which was good value and we were able to stop at the supermarket on the way to get supplies for the whole of our stay
The pool is divine!
The water is slightly salted, so it is less disinfected with chlorine (no chlorine is felt). Few are used, so they have a very exclusive atmosphere (the other apartments are usually owned by English and are not issued). His garden is fabulous. Quiet, peaceful, bird-watching environment that can be enjoyed from the large terrace. The apartment is huge (around 90 sqm), two bathrooms, very comfortable. The kitchen is more modest, but it is not disturbed. I really recommend it!

By Car:
1) Leave the airport at first roundabout take 2nd exit and stay in inside lane. Pass SAN MIGUEL BREWERY on your right and join dual carriageway towards TORREMOLINOS, MARBELLA & ALGECIRAS.
2) About 4 kms from airport, immediately before bridge, turn right up slip road onto motorway which has blue signs again signposted MARBELLA ALGECIRAS but NOT TORREMOLINOS which is straight on.
3) Stay on this road up and over hill. Approx 19 kms from airport the road splits, (having flashing arrows overhead). Stay in the inside lane and continue in this lane which will ensure that you are on the N340 (possibly also marked A7) NOT THE LEFT HAND FORK AS THIS IS THE TOLL ROAD.
4) Continue as the road sweeps round towards FUENGIROLA. You will pass a big EL CORTE INGLES STORE on your right hand side.
5) Stay on this dual carriageway, the N340 (A7), past FUENGIROLA, LA CALA DE MIJAS, RIVIERA DEL SOL, CALAHONDA, CABOPINO, LAS CHAPAS, ELVIRIA, EL ROSARIO and LOS MONTEROS(On the right you will see Santa Clara Golf Course and Costa del Sol hospital) Turn off at TORRE REAL going inland. (It is the turnoff at the bottom of the hill after the big hospital on your right hand side. (Approx 47 kms from airport).
6) At the top of the slip road you will come to a roundabout. Take first exit on your right.
Follow this road for about 1km, passing the Birdie Club and Villa Padierna both on your left. You will come to a fork in the road. Take the road following signs to RIO REAL and to the MARBELLA HEIGHTS BOUTIQUE HOTEL.
7) Continue on this road round a right hand bend and downhill until you reach a roundabout at the bottom. Turn right taking the 1st exit. Immediately on your right you will see a set of green double gates. This is the entrance to the apt. block.*
*Apartment 213 is in block 2. At the roundabout at the bottom of the hill, the entrance is immediately on your right.
Pass through the gate. It is in the left hand block, first floor, on the left as you face the golf course (on your right, as you go up the stairs).
The access to the building/swimming pool etc is via an electronic gate.
The main gate, for access by car, and the garage space is operated electronically. Apt 213 has its own individual garage “door/grill” which is on the left of the two immediately facing you as you drive down the access slope.
If you enter Golf Club, Urbanization Golf Rio Real, Marbella 29603 into Google Maps, you will get a map of the Urbanization!
Zoom in + you will see access to the hotel is via a roundabout.
The apartments are on the south side of this roundabout coming from the main road.
