Outdoor Swimming Pools
The Urbanisation of El Casar boasts 3 large communal outdoor pools all solely for the use for those residing within El Casar. All pools have their own toilet and shower facilities and grassy areas where guests and residence can use to sun bath and relax.
Indoor Pool
Under the community Club House is where you will find the complex heated indoor swimming pool. AS with the outdoor pools this is solely for the use of residence and guests staying in El Casar. The pool is large and usually not very crowded.
This area has his and hers changing facilities including toilets and showers.
Sauna
Situated in the same area as the indoor pool, is the fantastically relaxing sauna. Easy to use and available to all those staying in the El casar apts.
Gymnasium
Alongside the indoor pool and sauna you will find the well-equipped Gymnasium with running and rowing machines, cross trainer, weight benches, bum bells and numerous other pieces of fitness equipment.
Gardens
Just outside the apartment complex is the large communal terrace area with shaded table and seating zones as well as a large water feature and small garden area where any of our clients staying at the apts can sit back relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of their surroundings.
Parking
The apartments come with their own under ground parking spaces. Accessed by an electronic door operated by remote control, provided on arrival at the property. In addition, it is also possible to park in the open air area provided on the main road outside the apt complex.

Health Care
A doctor is on call 24 hrs a day for all El Casar Apt clients. Access to private hospital also available. Just contact one of our staff members on the details provided. .
